Bought a strawberry frappe and I'll say though it tasted good, the cashier was rushing me to order. Although I find these shops confusing with all the different milks and prices and such so when asking questions she wasn't very accommodating. The vibe was abit off, everyone staring at you when you walk inside like its a private cafe lounge. The young lady who made my drink made it well????????. I wouldn't really use this Costa unless I had to. I prefer starbucks anyway.
Oat milk was missing and other vegetables milk options as well, as least when I went to visit the shop Staff was great but cleaning could be MUCH more improved and the kind of people using the space could also be improved, specially if they're not costumers
Absolutely horrendous service! Workers are so rude and treat customers so badly and also tried to make me pay more without knowing. I ordered a mini hot chocolate and it was freezing cold so I told that lady and she said that there was nothing she could do and that it’s not her problem!! After I drank this cold HOT chocolate I was so sick and I vomited so much and my friend had diarrea so clearly it was very old!! Never going there again ????
As someone who worked for 3 years as a barista I can say this coffee shop really dissapointed me.The blonde girl was rude for no reason. I know how hard is to work in customer service that’s why everywhere I go I will be extra nice and respect everyone but this girl was rude and angry with everything. Drinks? Very bad made.
The drinks here are as bad as the service, poor and sub standard. Emauaella/Ema has an appuling attitude towards her paying customers this reflects on the ambiance of this place. It's dirty, the trays, cutlery seating and tables are filthy in need of a good clean this goes for the attitude of the staff notably ema!! I did not try any of the food on offer as it looked lack lustre, old and stale! Would not recommend this costa to anyone. Its evident that this costa is happy to serve and welcome the current demographic of burntoak if you get my drift! anyone else is treated with contempt and disrespect. Stay well clear if you want good customer service,decent refreshments/beverages and to be treated with respect because you are guaranteed NOT to receive these in this establishment! Try independent coffee shops where the service and standards and food/beverages are exceptional and value for money rather than these chains!
