I brought in my 4 year old twins for a salon experience for a wash and blow dry before they will have their first cut. The salon was very inviting, staff very friendly and warm. They put on the girls favourite programme while they sat and got relaxed and not nervous watching their cartoons. Very happy with the service and the wash and blow dry and style after. Very child friendly atmosphere and very clean. I will be visiting again. Thanks ladies ????????
Had a wash, cut and blow dry by Andrea. She was very attentive and very precise. Very gentle hands had me very relaxed that I wanted to fall asleep! Took her time and did not feel rushed as she asked me if i was happy as we went along. Thank you Also have previously been for eyebrows threading which was very good. Great service, please keep it up!
Excellent service from core beauty. Had an appointment on Saturday at 12 which i managed to change to 415. On arrival Felisha was helping a colleague who was unwell. She was dealing with the ambulance crew, her boss and her colleagues family. She was so calm and dealt with the situation brilliantly. She was so attentive when doing my haircut and gave excellent advice on products I should use on my hair. Thank you lovely lady I will be returning.
I recently visited for a Hollywood wax, hair wash and cut and eyebrow treading. Managed to book in very last minute and all the staff were super friendly. My wax and haircut were great - very impressed with both, however the eyebrow threading was shocking. At first glance no issue, however when I returned home the shape was horrendous. They have been cut so short and choppy - I contacted the salon to let them know, they offered for me to come in and they could look at them, but I was going away so unable to do so. I let them know this and just said I wanted to make them aware, very disappointed that I never even received an apology for the mess they have made of these.
